Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed directly through phobiney.com.
1. One-Time Purchases
Unless otherwise clearly stated on the applicable product page, products sold by PHOBINEY are offered as one-time purchases. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge.
2. Order Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for your cancellation request.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before the order has been processed or fulfilled. However, because orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
3. Orders That Have Already Been Fulfilled or Shipped
Once an order has been fulfilled, transferred to a shipping carrier, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy. Return eligibility, return shipping costs, and refund amounts will be determined under that policy.
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
When an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment, the amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.
Approved cancellation refunds are normally processed within 5 business days. Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Preorders and Other Purchase Options
If PHOBINEY offers a preorder, delayed-payment arrangement, subscription, or another special purchase option in the future, the applicable product page will clearly describe:
The payment schedule.
The estimated fulfillment date.
Any recurring charges.
How and when the purchase option may be canceled.
Any cancellation restrictions that apply.
Unless different cancellation terms are clearly disclosed before checkout, customers may request cancellation before the order is fulfilled.
6. Cancellations by PHOBINEY
PHOBINEY reserves the right to cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
Product unavailability.
Payment authorization failure.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Pricing, inventory, or listing errors.
Legal, shipping, or geographic restrictions.
If PHOBINEY cancels a paid order, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
